i interviewed participants regarding their favorite colors, then drew a 1 minute                           of them onto a clear transparency. i used these drawings to create screen print portraits, and incorporated each friend's favorite color into the design. the end results look more like hobgoblins than my buddies, but the experience of creating them was quite touching.
